Called on a Monday, was set up for a 3-5 pm window on Tuesday. Technician (Sean B.) was able to work us in by noon, quickly diagnosed the issue (capacitor), and had it fixed within half an hour. They went the extra mile after the repair to make sure everything was accurately charged and performing correctly. House was cool within the hour. I would absolutely use this company, especially Sean, again.

Our AC finally took its last breath on a hot Friday afternoon. Saturday, Mr. Warnock was there to give us some answers. That Monday morning his crew was in our home putting in a much needed new system. They were so quiet, I slept through most of the work. (Night shift nurse) They went the extra mile when they did the whole house duct cleaning. I couldn't be happier with our new AC and heat pump. Our house is nice and cool now, with nice clean air circulating! 5-star people providing 5-star performance.

Warnock's came out to inspect my central air system due to not cooling. The Coil was found to be leaking and needed replacement. They worked with my home warranty company and were back within the same week to get the repair done quickly. The technician was happy to answer all questions I had about the system and was very helpful. I will absolutely be contacting them in the future for any heating and air needs for my home.

I recently bought a house this past October and at the end of March my 21 year old air conditioner went out. After having 2 other companies come out and quote me almost 10,000 to completely replace my air conditioner and telling me it was IMPOSSIBLE (yes they said that). My home warranty company sent out Warnock's, I was skeptical that the warranty company had some "fly by night" handyman coming to my house. Pleasantly to my surprise Ryan Sheppard with Warnock's arrived with a smile on his face. After letting him know what was going on he took a detailed look at everything and kept me involved in the entire process with what he was diagnosing as the problem(S). Ryan did his whole quote up for the warranty company and said I would hear something the next day. THE SAME DAY I received a phone call from my warranty company and within minutes received a phone call from RaeAnne to schedule my unit to be fixed! Ryan came out about a week later (it took a week for the part to come in) and FIXED my air. I have not had a single issue since Ryan came out and did what other companies said was IMPOSSIBLE! This company's honesty, reliability, and professionalism is EXACTLY the reason that any service my unit needs from here on out to include when I decide to replace the unit will be done by Warnocks. Warnock's did a great job replacing our HVAC unit recently. We originally made a claim with our home insurance agency, and Warnock was assigned to make the estimate. We were very impressed with the clarity of their explanation of the issue and decided to go with them for the service. Their "teacher discount" saved us 10%, which was helpful.

After a short delay in the original start time, the crew showed up and did an extremely efficient and thorough job removing the old unit and replacing it. This was an all day job, and they worked hard to finish and clean up before it got dark. The new unit works like a charm, and we're confident that the increased efficiency will go a long way towards defraying the cost.

Josh Warnock was great to work with, very personable and helpful with the filing of warranty applications and such. Reann was also very helpful in keeping in touch well after normal business hours and expediting the process. This is a first class operation all the way.

I had a fantastic experience with Warnock's today. I bought a house last year with some old AC units that were struggling to cool the house. I had 2 other companies come out last year and try to fix it. Unfortunately the problems persisted. I found Warnock via a referral and I'm so glad I did. They were on time, professional, and, most importantly, fixed the issue. Warnock was advised for me to use through my Home Warranty company. They diagnosed my AC issue and repaired the issue within a week. When my heat pump went out, I contacted a number of local and big name HVAC companies that service our area. (Guyton, GA) Warnock's Conditioned Air LLC was the first that replied, and since that are local to us, they were able to come troubleshoot and give us a quote with multiple options right away. After getting multiple quotes, my AC started working just good enough to postpone replacement. A few days before I was slated to go out of town, the AC completely quit.
I reached out to Warnock's Conditioned Air LLC with intentions of moving forward with a removal and replacement, and they were able to get the parts in and start work at my house two days later.
The technicians were thorough in explaining what all they were doing and what to expect, and Mr. Warnock himself was always a phone call away to answer any questions. After work was completed, Mr. Warnock came to my home the same day to inspect everything his technicians did. All was found to be in optimum order and the system has worked flawlessly since replacement.
The pricing was also VERY fair while compared to other quotes I got. All in all I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC work you need performed.
